March Madness BIF 1.0

To anyone who wants to participate in a march madness BIF where 64 players will fill out there picks and the top 6 will get boxes. Thus, 58 people will ship a minimum of 44oz of high quality beer, of course there is no maximum if you are feeling generous. I will be using a yahoo group once we have 64 players and the picks must be in within 48 hours after the brackets come out. I will send a reminder out the day before the picks are out, this way if we need to use any alternates it will give time to notify and have there picks made. The top 6 will be determined by the yahoo point system so the more games you win the better chance you have of being in the top 6. In case of a tie for example 6 and 7 have the same amount the number of boxes will be split and shipped accordingly. If there is a tie between 5 and 4 they will total the number of boxes and each participant will be shipped half. In the odd case where it is a 3 way tie and another box is needed to evenly split it will be deducted from the overall winner.(which will not matter as he/she will get a plethera of boxes). I will randomly assign who ships based on location.

3. 10 boxes
4. 8 boxes
5. 4 boxes
6. 2 boxes

Also to be accepted you must have a reasonable amount of trades and if anyone see someone who is on the bad trader list notify me and they will be excluded. Sign up and good luck to everyone, remember this is all in fun.

 

Forget to let everyone know tournament starts March 19 and the final game is April 8. Shipping window will follow through April 16, 2013. cheers

 

I think straight up number of wins is the best way to go as long as yahoo will total.
