I'm a big fan - their big series stuff is great, but so are the everyday and 4+ beers.
    I don't think I've had anything from them that I didn't like.

I think their Wyld is a great beer. Not onlly a lot of flavor for 4% but a lot of really good flavor for 4%.

Only other one I had from them was their Hopnotch which was a fine IPA but I am generally not a huge fan of the bitterness that comes with the style and I found that one to be a touch too bitter for my personal tastes.

Hop Notch is pretty darn good, just hit shelves, limited 6-packs.

I thought their Punk'n was one of the better pumpkins beers last fall, as well as the Imperial Pumpkin beer. Their Anniv. Barleywine is also a very solid beer for the price.

Unitah? Actually never heard of them:slight_smile:

I love Uinta though. Hop notch is my go to IPA,
I love it. Dubhe black IPA is also great. I have a bottle of labyrinth in the fridge to try. Would also like to try the crooked cooper and Detour DIPA.

Oh yeah had the Oaked impy pumpkin which I also enjoyed!

Actually he just added an 'h' on the end, he got the uinta part right, which is where most people get mixed up.

    Cockeyed Cooper is awesome.

Their 'Solstice' was a superb take on the Kolsch-style, and their IPA -at 4%- had me very sad to see them leave the Land of 10,000 Lakes!

The best thing they have done is the Labyrinth.

    Cheers!

I think they are solid across the board. Not a top 25 brewery or anything but like most of what I try from them.

I have tried this brewery in MA on a few different occasions, their crooked line series is great but honestly the only of their small bottle lineups that I enjoyed was the Anniversary Barleywine. I do like the idea of solar powered Brewery though. Maybe the other brews I have tried weren't fresh, I distinctly remember having and off putting taste.

I am actually drinking a XVII anniversary barleywine right now. At $8.99 a 4 pack, it is an amazing beer. To me, it is a tough to beat american barleywine. I was also pretty blown away by Labyrinth and Dubhe

When I lived in SLC, my house was 6 blocks from their original location... spent many pleasant hours hanging out with staff and filling growlers. One of my few good memories of UT. Nowadays, still a fan, though I'm 2500 miles away. Labyrinth is an amazing beer. Only got about 4oz of the last bottle though; my wife stole the rest.

Been a fan for over a decade (don't want to think about how much over... ha)

Kings Peak may be my favorite Porter. Also really like Bristlecone Brown and Wyld Extra Pale. Baba Black Lager and Monkshine Belgian Blonde are nice. The Kolsch is awesome in the spring and summer.

Hop Notch tonight, what an easy drinking smooth IPA. Had the Dubhe over the weekend very good as well. Labyrinth and Cookeyed Cooper are solid beers as well! Best brewery in Utah in my mind!!
