One for the Noobs: Hints and Hauls

Oi, fell off the wagon throwing hints out, derp. Me and conversions dont do so good, so best I can tell I'm sending over 200oz in a converted styro to someone in a state with no less than 6 professional teams spread between 5 major league sports.

Further, this city was in contention to host the olympics, and is under consideration once again.

With those hints as well as my previous, a diligent biffer could probably figure out if I'm sending to them. To add some motivation, the lowest scoring beer ranks at 90. There is one beer ranked at 100.

Lowest rAvg is 4.02, highest is 4.54.

Dearest target, if you figure out who you are, please consider calling your tasting group for an emergency meeting. Or bring your big boy panties and be ready to get your drink on.

 

My targets box was dropped off by Fedex earlier today so hopefully everything arrived safe and sound

 

So I finally got home to unbox and I was very pleasantly surprised with what I got. StoutSeth put together an awesome box, thanks man. I've only had one of the beers in the box before and I really enjoy it. So to the pron.

Slight corrrection, 189 ozs in box rather than 199 as mentioned in a previos post, after some last minute changes. But anyway, box went out yesterday to start it's 800+ mile trip and is expected to land Thursday in a city next to a river.

 

My box has crossed the Mason-Dixon line and is spending a couple of hours in Maryland before continuing its journey south by southwest...

 

I'm glad you're happy with everything, and because you seemed to have a generally similar style preference to me I had a lot of fun compiling some of my favorites. It looks like you're starting to stockpile some Noble Rot there with the one in the background you probably got in a trade haha

 

189 oz of great beers started their journey north this afternoon towards a suburb outside of the capital city to a state that also encompasses the "the city that never sleeps". Hopefully the package will make it to your doorstep Friday....................Godspeed (You Black Emperor).

 

Got my bottles all cozy in their box and then realized....I forgot to pack the swag So, my target will be getting 2 boxes: one at around 25lbs, another just over 1lb

I know I'm cutting it close, but my line-up underwent some minor changes (hint hint) just before packing. As of right now, labels are on the boxes and will be dropped off at Fedex bright and early tomorrow morn.

 

Correction: Fedex says it will now be there Thursday. Someone with two men and a puppet in their avatar needs to be ready!

 

Package being dropped off today for its trek to a sunny location near the 4 corners area.

 

Hoping to get a box from whoever this week from whoever is sending to me. I have off until tuesday, so would be a perfect time to enjoy some beer.

 

Sorry to all the people who have commented since my last post, you are not my target.

If you happen to open a box on Friday and get frustrated that the jerkoff who went and won the BiF forgot to include a note with his BA handle on it, my apologies.

 

Unfortunately that makes two of us......If you get a package tomorrow from Blake in Raleigh, thats me.

 

Well, one more to cross off my list of potential senders. The list keeps getting smaller and smaller.

 

My box should be landing on Thursday with two of my targets "Wants"... One of the breweries is 195 miles north of me, and the other is 127 miles south.

 

My target should be seeing his box tomorrow. Right now it's in a city called Kernersville.

 

My box containing 5 wants has started its 725 mile trek east along I-80/I-70 to a town about an hour away from out nation's capitol.
