No basement and warm weather not good as you know. If I didnt have the cellar space that I do, I'd find an old refrigerator and arrange the shelving and temp settings accordingly.

Nice. But you might want to not sit too long that Olympic interior semi-gloss. It falls off pretty fast.

True but thought I would risk it as it is a nice bolster for the top shelf, but I do agree it is way past its prime and is likely a drain pour.

I posted some photos on another forum recently and got some requests to post more. Thought it would be more fitting on this forum.

Yeah the Voodoo is supposed to get better after a year or two. The smoke dies off and it gets sweeter. That is what I've heard.

Easily one of the coolest cellar I have seen. Did you convert and old closet into that?

Close. It's a 4th room originally built to be either a bedroom or a den. It has been a den for the entire 25 years since the house was built. I converted it into my beer/wine cellar & tasting room last August. The portion of the room that would've originally been a closet was framed in, insulated, wired, Breezaire cellar cooling unit, LED lighting, cedar lined, etc... all new construction. I actually have an album of photos showing construction from start to finish if interested. Thanks for the note.
