Greetings fellow BAs! I'm headed back to Madison in a few days and was just wondering if there is any Three Floyds Behemoth still kickin' around. Preferrably somewhere on the west side. Any help is much appreciated!
Where are you heading to Madison from? On the shelves of Consumer Beverage in Hales Corners and Woodman's in Menomonee Falls. I don't think they're getting many takers around this area at the 14.99 point I'm seeing it at... including me.
I go to school out in SLC, Madison's my home base though. Thanks for the heads up on those shops! I am not sure if I will be able to make it out that way though.
Woodman's and Fuzzy's have some, they are both in Sun Prairie, but its worth the drive if you can't find it elsewhere.
On another note...has anyone seen any Drie Fonteinen Golden Blend around town? I saw that Jenifer Street Market tweeted about it a week & a half ago.
They had They had 2 out of 12 bottles left on Thursday. Probably all walked out by this point. That stuff was $25 for an 11oz bottle though. I made the tough decision to pass.
Thanks for the heads up man. I figured they'd be all out. It sucks, because I've been living in Utah so I've been missing out on all of the good stuff that comes out back in the Midwest.....two more months and I'm officially back though!
I just drove over to Steve's University to pick up some Double Crooked Tree (Pricey at $16.99/4pk, limit 2, but I gotta try some, right?) and they still had Behemoth. As for 3F Golden Blend, I saw some up in the Dells two weekends ago while visiting the future in-laws. It was at $26.99 for an 11oz bottle so I passed. I'll drink my fill when I'm in Belgium this summer anyways. By the way, what do people think about having a Madison-dedicated thread (e.g. Madison BAs) for all the interesting releases and for us Madison BAs to share info on what's available and where?
The Madison thread sounds like an excellent idea! I will be a full-time Madison resident again starting this May so I am very down for this.
