What's the mildest beer you've ever had? For me, it's probably a tie between Harvey's and Tetley's. Though Fuller's Hock is pretty mild when you can find it on cask.

Moorhouse Black Cat. It's dark, full-bodied, and yet so drinkable at just over 3%.

In the UK it would be the Fuller's Hock you mention. In the US it would be the Yard's Pugilist.

Edit: Although there is a good chance I had the Tetleys at least once after a ramble about the Moors with a friend who lived in York but delighted in introducing me to Yorkshire and the delights of a Sunday walk about.

Genesee Cream Ale. Revolution Workingman. PBR. (And probably a bunch of other below 5% brews I could drink all day that I'm forgetting about.)

Where to start? Belvoir Dark Horse ( a resurrection of Shipstone's Mild) is gorgeous stuff , Grantham Dark from Oldershaw, Rock Mild and Foundry Mild from Nottingham Brewery,Black Gold from Castle Rock Brewery are some local ones, further afield there's Bateman's, Elgood's Black Dog, Brain's Dark,Magg's, Beijing Black,Delapre Dark, Tim Taylor's Golden Best and Dark Mild ,all of which I've had recently.
Moving away from actual milds a lovely easy drinking beer generally available is St.Austell's Tribute.

I have been wanting to try Pretty Things Magnifico for a while. It's a mild that comes in under 4% abv. I'll be honest, as much as I love session brews, it's hard to pull the trigger on a $5 bomber that's less than 4%.

I got a homebrewed Kolsch in the primary that is coming in at about 3.8% abv, can't wait to pound liter mugs of it in the spring.

Surly Bitter Brewer might be the best tasting beer I have had under 4.5% that isn't a Lambic or something else of that nature. Great session ale.

Weihenstephaner Original is a crisp, clean, easy drinking and in my humblest opinion perfect Munich Helles Lager, with an intriguing yet mild nose, mild taste and even milder aftertaste.

If you mean the best mild I've ever had, I'm not sure, as I haven't had the opportunity to try too many. If you mean the most mild tasting, I would have to say Tetley's in the nitro can we get here in the US.

Michelob Ultra tasted like a postcard from a beer that didn't wish I was there.
