    anyone have a bottle of coffee aduction or see it anywhere... could you let me know where I need it to complete a trade... a BM would be fine thanks! Plainfield binnys is out.

    i'm not 100% sure, but you might want to call west lakeview. i *think* i saw it there the last time i popped in, but i can't guarantee anything so call them.

    March 15, 2013 Update

    Today Raspberry Truffle Abduction was dropped at both WLV & Binny's Lincoln Park. Raspberry Truffle Abduction is regular abduction with 5 lbs of cacao per barrel and 600 lbs of raspberries added. 25.4oz Belgian Bottle should be $12.99 on the shelf. We got a pretty decent yield out of this one (somehow) so we were able to drop the price from $13.99 which we're happy about. Both stores are stocked with this one for you guys, (UPDATE: Just got a call from Binny's Lincoln Park, and because it's St. Patrick's Day Weekend... they want to hold off on selling the Raspberry Truffle until Monday!!! Sorry for the confusion. It is at WLV however). No other deliveries are being made to other stores until next week and again it's going to be very limited (1 case each per non FwB store). If you all dig it we'll make more of course... maybe Orange Truffle next (and no... it's not mushroom truffle... it's chocolate truffle).

    Our new 10bbl brewhouse finished ahead of schedule and we're scrambling to get that in place! Also we are getting ready to order our serving tanks for the bottle shop! We decided on half-batch serving tanks so we can split every batch into two different tanks and treat them differently. So for example you'll be able to come in and order Quintessential dry hopped two different ways if you want, or Abduction 2 different ways, or crazy weird Berliners, and we'll do 32oz growlers then also (as well as regular 64oz).

    Everyday is a different struggle for us to running a business. We're figuring it out and learning though and we don't have any intentions of going anywhere. It's important for us to grow now into something stable before we take a breath and enjoy it. We now have 8 employees! And we're very happy to have them all as we certainly need their help! We have some big plans for Pipeworks beyond the bottle shop...

    Also, our website is updated now with events and distribution list in the suburbs and city (still flash based so have to access from an actual computer). It isn't perfect or finished yet but it is informational!
