A fresh Williamsburg Alewerks Bourbon Barrel Porter is easily the most bourbon-forward beer I've had. Even a year on it is chock full of bourbon barrel goodness.

I thought CW BBS was fairly bourbon forward (more than PM and BBW)

Boom. I came here to post this. Pure bourbon, no beer presence whatsoever. And not good bourbon at all. I'm not sure I managed to choke down the whole bottle.

The kentucky bourbon barrel ale is similar but better. I left the remainder of the 4pk in my basement and forgot about it. Tried one a year or so later and it was quite good! The bourbon harshness had really died and it was a nice vanilla-heavy malt bomb.

Voodoo's Black Magick certainly comes to mind when reading the topic title.

we've had a lot of different responses here..i imagine a mixup between booziness and bourbon flavor in these reports

Saint Arnold's Bishop's Barrel #1...they called it a stout but was really an American strong ale dumped in a bunch of Woodford Reserve. Seriously boozy...

I haven't had the other beers mentioned, but I do agree with the Widmer Brrrrrbon being quite strong. I did finish the bottle though, so I guess it wasn't too bad. Hopefully I'll get to try some of the others mentioned on day.

Fremont Kentucky Dark Star...very bourbon forward but in a good way. It is a bourbon drinkers stout imo - more bourbon than stout.
