I wouldn't say Honkers is every bit as enjoyable as London Pride but I will say a lot of peeps don't give it the loving that it deserves. Let it warm up to near room temps and it shines, imho.

I'll add Southampton's Keller Pils, which you should be able to find fresh in New York. Note that this is a keller, so not a classic pils, but come All-Star break you're gonna be ready to change it up.

Of the four you mentioned, I'd go with Troegs Sunshine Pils.. it's a really tasty beer..

Most breweries still shy away from long brewing cycles, noble hops, sufficient cooling and demanding filter requirements. I drink any German Pilsener from Victory but in Alabama I fall back on the widely available Summerfest, Mama's lttlel yella, or Nomad.

I know Prima Pils is beloved and BOTW carries it and most other Victory beers but I dislike it quite a bit. To me it has an astringent as well as soapy taste. I bought a 6 pack some time back and disliked the 1st bottle. Thinking my taste buds were off I waited a day and had another. I waited until the 5th bottle before reviewing:

I just drank 2 Pilsner bombers last night with my dad! He's odd He wants to like craft beer because he hates BMC companies in general ,maybe cause he owns his own company and seems to hate giant corporations. But he dislikes strong flavorful craft beer.

But he has found one he likes and it was actually pretty damn good, and my first time drinking any beer from them.
Red Hooks Pilsner! refreshing!!!! and only about 2.30$ a bomber
    and of course
    Reality Czech.

Based upon your review it seems to me that you don’t like hoppy Pilsners (what I call Northern German style Pilsners). Now, it may be possible that you only dislike the hopping of Prima Pils but I figured that I would warn you that both Sly Fox Pikeland Pils and Troegs Sunshine Pils are heavily hopped in the Northern German Pilsner style. Jever is from Northern Germany and it is also highly hopped (since it is a Northern German Pilsner).

You may want to explore Pilsners that are less hoppy? Pilsners from Southern Germany are less hoppy. TongoRad made a good suggestion of Weihenstephaner Pilsner; that beer has an excellent malt backbone with a nice level of hopping to complement the malt. Just make sure that you buy it fresh. Weihenstephaner uses a bottled on date; their dating system is a four digit code: “7038 translates to the 7 being the 7th or 17th, 03 is 3rd week of the year, and 8 is 2008 so it was bottled on January 17, 2008.”

You made mention that you thought Stoudt’s Pils is “good”. That pilsner is moderately hopped (less hoppy than Victory/Sly Fox/Troegs but still pretty hoppy).

    Cheers!

Edit: a GREAT Pilsner that is not too hoppy but very, very tasty is Trumer Pils.

Edit 2: Doh! "Trumer Pils is currently available on the West Coast (California, Oregon, Washington) and in Colorado, Texas and Illinois."

I've been in a Pils mood lately, the last two weekends have given the Southland temps in the low 80s so it makes sense.

Of those listed, I've only had Noble and Summerfest, I buy Summerfest every year and think it's a very good domestic Czech-style pilsner. If you want to go European, I'm recommend Jever, Rebel, Budvar, and Konig.

Probably my favorite style. Sam Noble is a good one, and oddly, I couldn't seem to find Summerfest at all. Good stuff. Trumer makes it to OK, and Boulevard Pils is another fine example.

I enjoy Summerfest but its not my favorite pilsner because like most SN beers they hop the hell out of it and I dont want my pilsners to be that hoppy.

Love the suggestions in this thread. Adding Lefthand Polestar Pils to give the OP another option. A little higher in alcohol than I personally prefer my pilsners, but I find it less hoppy than a Prima, so give it a whirl.

Prima Pils too hoppy for me as well. Lagnitas Pils not hoppy enough. Nobel Pils is perfectly hopped IMO.
