Wheres all the young BAs at?

I didn't have my first drink until after High School (18 years old). Was never a big fan of beer until about a couple of years ago (cheap stuff). I will be 29 this year and didn't get hooked on craft beer until about a year or two ago.

 

26 here and I have gone over 1300 in 2 years. Haha!

 

Well it depends. When I drank with my family when I was under 21, I would usually drink Sam Adams or Blue Moon or something similar. I always preferred them to the BMC I would drink with friends. When I say I started drinking craft beers at 20 I mean that it was then that I started making decision to seek out and get craft options.

22 gonna be 23 this thurday. I've been into craft beer about a year now and i can never look back. It was way easier when I turned 21 and saw that I can actually have a choice instead of having people buy me some swell. Most my friends drink shitty beers but i have turned a couple of them on to craft beers. I'm glad that there's a trend for these beers now and I can't wait to see the day when craft beer is 20% of the market if that day ever comes.

 

I'm 22 turning 23 at the end of the month, I'v been drinking craft well before it was legal and also have tried 593 unique beers since...

 

I'm old and I go to bed early.

 

I'm 33, I got in the game late about 3 years ago and never looked back. Now if only I can just find away to get more damn money!!!!!!!!

 

21 years old; in a good spot between college drunking and geek drinking. Had a friends fake ID a few months before I turned 20, and scaled myself into craft brews since then. Right now though big parts of my life conflict with being the BA I want to be, but can I find nights to drink the craft brews I'd like, before grabbing 40's or a solo cup and heading to a house party or two.

im 23 and began searching out craft beer once i turned 21, i had about 300 in my first year, which, regreatfully, was before i found BA so i didnt review any of them which kind stinks. many of my friends now have what i would call an "appreciation" for craft beer but only a select few are as deep into it as iam. i think that since weve all graduated college and most of us now have real jobs with decent pay checks it helps us to be able to justify the expense.

 

24 and in med school. Major in debt but that doesn't stop me from spending way too much on craft beer. Its all about priorities.

 

24 years young over here. I help run a really nice bottle shop in charlotte nc and have a nice collection myself ( or atleast I think so) I have the luxury of getting all the east coast beers from where I live, and then the whales in the midwest due to where my parents live in chicago. It's good that younger people are very into this movement. it's only getting better. cheers
