    ventured out in the cold wind and snow flurries and managed to get bottles of marston's old empire and strong pale ale, a whitwood blonde and a bottle of podkovan premium, a czech pils from bohiemia. tuesday i'm on the lookout for english ipa's and some strong french garlic sausage and polish bread for a feast of an evening

    How lovely for you, congratulations!

    In rather less momentous news, I just spent an hour or so pretending to discuss work with a colleague at the bar next door to our office. (We actually discussed rock'n'roll past and present, like always.) One Tuckerman's Pale Ale and one Ommegang Rare Vos later, hey hey, Mondays aren't so bad after all.
