Founder's Breakfast Stout Price Blowout

    I did a quick search and didn't see a thread. I'm guessing that they brewed way more than expected demand (which blows my mind because it's fantastic), but some beer stores here in the Detroit area are selling cases between $36 and $38 each. Beats the $60 I normally pay. Picking some up this Friday.

    Holy shit!
    Im 5 hours north of Detroit. I wish i could get cases for that cheap!
    Im stockpiling Breakfast Stout so i can dring it year round. Got a case in the cellar now.

    Not sure how much this normally is, but paid $12.99 for a 4-pack at WF in NYC.

    Its pretty much gone here in south jersey. I do prefer it fresh, but its still very good after its been sitting awhile, and certainly worth 36 a case....

    I got 2 cases at 30 each a couple weeks ago. In Winston they cut the price in half and it was gone hours later.

    Many places don't discount stouts due to their long shelf life and the idea that they are not seasonal like Oktoberfest or Summerfest beers.

    In raleigh they had the exact same price. My local shop bought 70 Cases at that price and they did not last long

    It disappeared pretty quick in NJ. We got a small second round in late Dec/early Jan, and that went quick as well. I wish we still had some sitting around here, especially at that price!

    I picked up 2 cases a couple of weeks ago @ Total Whine in Greensboro, N.C. for $4.59 a 4 pack roughly $30 a case.

    I saw it recently marked down to $7.99/4 pack. I like it better fresh but might pick more up when I run out if they still have some left. Would definitely grab a case for $36 if I saw it.
