I'm told that Jackie O's Campbell St. production brewery was open from 4 pm to 9 pm last Friday, March 8. Does anyone know if it will be open this friday evening? Thanks, Roger, an hour drive east of Campbell Street
Yes, we will be open both Friday and Saturday from 4 till 10ish. New batches of Chomo and Mystic hit taps this week. Firefly and Razz are also on.
Howdy, I paid a visit to the newly opened Jackie O's #2 this evening. The bartender was friendly and the IPA was very nice! However the bar is VERY small (6 stools - 4 people, a purse, & a jacket = full bar) and leaves an unaccompanied craft beer fan little choice but to sit alone. No pubs and few tasting rooms avoid having a useful bar! Secondly, the "hard" walls need some soft hangings - decoative rugs, crocheted or knitted banners, heavy cloth artwork, flags, etc. - to dull the tunnel/subway station effect. My guess is that some of the mentioned items will appear in the near future or, at least, by Ohio Brew Week. Cheers, Roger, Marietta, Ohio
