    So pleased to finally try this. It lived up to my expectations; kind of like a pumped up Sucks. The alcohol is impressively hidden.

    I was in line by 11:45, about 50 people from the start. Got in, got my 2 sixers, and was out by 12:30ish. Was a good time, and I hope our money will help DC Brau move into a bigger facility. Such a great beer!

    As promised, back to two hearted.

    The candies are the last of a friend's homemade "Blarney Bombs"... milk chocolate truffles filled with Irish whiskey caramel, Irish cream granache, and Guinness fudge. Delicious and potent.

    Edit: the angle of this pic makes my fingers look gross. Oh well...
