    Steenbrugge Tripel, first time I've ever had it. "With gruit". Does that mean without hops? It's not bad. Very bready in flavour, and crystal clear, for one "refermented in bottle" according to label.

    Need to write a BA review of it now, while there's still some left.

    I usually snap the ring that the cap crimps to if I'm not careful before I make the 1st adjustment but I'm getting better. I have learned to take my bottle capper to the forge and recap empty bottles because I woundup getting too drunk with all the testing :wink:. That's a cool opener.
