    I gotta say...I'm drinking a bottle of Fantome right now (as pictured above) and I think it's gotta be a bottle that contains the most sediment from the bottom of a fermentation tank I've ever tried from Fantome. Out of all the bottles of Fantome Saison I've had (and I've had a LOT), this one is especially cloudy and I'm getting intense orange-y flavors. I never pinned the orange (juice?) before, but this seems to confirm to me that it must have been used in the 2011 batch.

    Had that "enjoy by" on tap last weekend at The Dirty Truth in Northampton, Mass....loved it. Really, really crisp finish on that one.

    Drank my last Espresso Oak Aged Yeti the other night.

    And he's got the 4.20.13 ...suppost to vary from batch to batch, I wish the east coast could get ahold of that. Hopefully my fam in MO come through for me lol
