    I've been trying to take one of those really frustrating palate-resting breaks, because I was afraid that my hoppy beers were starting to taste less impressive. So, between the Foothills Torch Pilsner Monday, two Good Nature Solera BBL Porters and PBRs last night, and then this People's Porter tonight, my palate should be recuperating nicely by now, right? And that means I can go back to DIPAs every night soon, right?

    Two very good DIPAs, on practically opposite ends of the bitterness spectrum: Enjoy By having all kinds of fruity hops-ness going on with almost no bitterness, and Palate Wrecker having also all kinds of nice hops flavors happening as well, but pitching a fastball of alpha acids right at your face at the same time.
