Just built some new shelves. Pissed off the neighbors by anchoring it to the floor joists. Haters, man.

    The entire collection, mid-move:

Do not leave them on open shelves, one small quake and your going to be real sad.

What temp do you keep the room at? Do you have any condensation issues?

    Very nice!

Thanks. I keep the cellar at about 58f. I was told by the cooling unit manufacturer that I shouldn't have condensation issues unless the temp outside the cellar exceeds the inside temp by 25 degrees or more. The room outside the cellar gets no direct sunlight so keeping it in the 70s or less not a big challenge. This winter I kept the window cracked and the room stayed very cool and cellar cooling unit ran infrequently.

Looks awesome. If I could add one thing, some sort of barrier to keep them from falling of the shelves in case of an earthquake.

    Cheers!

Nothing much when compared to most here, but I spent most of my day off re-arranging my cellar. Never a waste.

I keep almost all my beers in boxes for fear of the earthquake possibility here in Northern California. Unfortunately, I've started putting beer loosely on top of the boxes as I've run out of space.
