    It's good to try fresh to give you an idea of how the beer has aged, if you have 2 2012 Abyss that is. I got to try one fresh and have one to age. I'm waiting for the 2013 abyss release and then I'll have a 2011-2013 vertical tasting for my friends and/or BA's.
