    Working on one of my Oak Bourbon Barleywines from the 7/16/11 batch; perfect carbonation and maybe a little too bourbon and oak forward, but well worth the wait...

    Eggs cooked with gorgonzola and red pepper, topped with salsa, sprouts and homemade hot sauce and then wrapped in a fried tortilla painted with cream cheese. It's hittin' the spot for sure.
