    Home brewed pale ale. U.S. 2 row, Munich 10, Cascade & Centennial hops, and wyeast 1056 American ale yeast.

    Pretty good right now, but not quite ready yet. I'll crack another bottle in a week or so.

    Sam Adams New Albion Ale. I thought the BYO article a few months back was interesting and I love cascade hops. Reading this was a single hopped (cascade) ale I was excited but cascade would have been my last guess. The 78 rating is maybe a bit low but it's not great.

    Cascade and Centennial along with Pale, Crystal, Munich, Carapils, Pilsner, and Carastan malts. 60 IBUs.

    I'm drinking a Red Chair right now too. I think the future of American IPAs is incorporating European malts into the grain bill for a richer flavor. I mean, it worked for this beer for Deschutes with all the acclaim they have got for it...

    by the end of the night i have had year old theobroma, 2 year old red and white, 2 year old Immort ale and year old chateau jiahu.
