Haha, I totally missed that little guy! You are ridiculous, that box smoked what I sent you. If you want us to stop, you should consider sending a small token of your gratitude rather than making us feel like we are in your debt. Just a thought

Oh, I meant to tell you. you may already know this or but the Ananke is the Raspberry version not the regular Ananke. I've never had the regular but the Raspberry is pre-tt-y nice.

Vintages ranging from 2002-2012. This is going to be fun. The only one I've tasted before was a tiny bit of the 3F. I was recently given a fresher Girardin (so that will be lovely for comparison's sake) and I have a Cantillon Classic to add to the mix as well. Coincidentally, I am attending a sour tasting on Saturday, so this is perfect!

Lol, you and that damn sneaky fed ex guy. I must have not heard him, I've been in and out all day smoking brisket, pork, and chicken on my new smoker . I just saw this and sure enough, the box is here. I'll open it and post the haul shortly. Thanks in advance ya jerk

 

oh ok perfect, I think I threw a couple things in there that should pair quite nicely with meat of the smoked variety. Enjoy the smoker... remember, low and slow... uhhhhh
