Beer Badge in DC, for future DC beer week

    I ran into this article on the Washington Post, and I thought I'd pass it along since it seems to offer a pretty decent deal on going to bars and enjoying some good beer in the area this month.

    Currently you can buy a Beer Badge for $10 clams, which can pay for itself against discounted items at certain places.

    The article pretty much explains it, but I figured other BAs in the DC area who may not know about this might want to check it out (or anyone else who might be visiting the area this month too). Should have bought one today this afternoon but didn't know about it.

    You should repost this in August when DC beer week happens. There is no way i'm going to remember this.

    It for discounts in the month of April, with the funds going to support the event in August.. (unless I read that wrong)... :flushed:

    oh yes I AM.. :grinning: I went back also thinking it was maybe an old article but NOPE she just showed up.

    As if I needed another excuse to go visit these places again since I am in 3 of them on a regular basis constantly :wink: WOOT! cheaper beer! :stuck_out_tongue:

    Just got my badge today, thanks! I won´t be able to milk it much but it will do nicely through the rest of month. (Starting today...)
