KBS& Stone Dayman in Pittsburgh?

I'd love to know this as well. I might be able to find you one bottle of Pumpking if interested.

 

Only word I really have on KBS is that Whole Foods has a list going for 4 packs that I assume has filled up by now (though I don't think even they know what they're getting in yet). Shaler GE is going to do a bottle per customer on first come basis whenever they get theirs in. No idea about Dayman. Also I've got like 4 bottles of Pumking laying around if you really need one. Just hit me up. Cheers...

 

Guy at GE South Hills said about two weeks on the kbs. Not sure i believe that, ive heard from another place that it should be here tomorrow.

 

I need some KBS! I thought it might hit tomorrow, I will have to search around and see what I can find.

 

GE Shaler got their case yesterday, most likely gone by now. GE Robinson got theirs around noon today. Two entitled douchebags at the front of the line were having a hissy fit because they could only buy 3 bottles. I gladly bought my 3 and left. They said something about getting back in line and buying more, not sure if they sold them any more or not. So with a 3 bottle limit and only 1 case, i doubt there is any left there.

 

Haha I must have been the guy behind you in line. Those 2 douchebags were unreal, what a sense of entitlement! The one guy kept saying, "I waited all day from 9 AM to 3 PM yesterday to buy 3 4 packs, I wasted my whole day off". I was so glad when they limited it to 3 bottles, his face was priceless. To get 3 bottles out of a case was a pleasant surprise to me and I happily bought mine and left.

 

It would have been even funnier if there was a one bottle limit.

Anyways, I'm going to be stopping at the Giant Eagle Market District in Bethel Park on the way home from work. Hopefully there is still some left. How much are they charging per bottle?

 

i thought he was gonna cry. feel sorry for the employees that had to put up with them all that time.

 

They didn't have any this morning, he thought they might be in tomorrow. I may have just missed them though, I got there at 8:45. I was hoping to find some! He said it was going to be a one bottle limit per person and they were only getting one case.

I knew I should have went to Robinson instead but I decided to roll the dice and try South Hills. I will find you KBS!

 

Seriously what a whiner that guy was, I was getting ticked that he held us up for 5 minutes in the check out. I'm sorry you wasted your day off yesterday and half of today to buy beer!!! What an idiot! I love how he thought the employees at a grocery store that happens to sell beer would actually know how to handle the distribution of one measly case of KBS.

 

I got there at 11:30, I asked if they got it in and the clueless girl behind the counter said that they are bringing it from the back now, but only after she realized that KBS and Kentucky Breakfast Stout are indeed the same beer. She also pointed to the two entitled douchebags waiting and said they were waiting for it as well. The two dorks then made it really clear to me that they had waited all day yesterday and all morning today. I just laughed right in their faces and turned away to mind my own business. About 15 minutes later some old guy comes out with the lone case and these two guys jump to the counter to pay. After they were told a 3 bottle limit they almost started to cry no joke. It was quite comical. I bought my bottles and left them to wallow in their sorrows.

 

Thanks for the heads up. I'll let you know if they have any when after I leave work and scope the Bethel Park location out.

And I'm still laughing right now at the story of the two whiners. That would be hilarious if they Beer Advocate posters / lurkers and are reading this thread.
