K, so maybe I'm a fanboy, but I got really excited that Ommegang & HBO decided to do this little collab, it also gave me a good reason to put a few other Ommegang brews on tap along side it. So tonight we're pouring Ommegang: Iron Throne, Gnomegang, Art of Darkness, Duvel Rustica and of course Hennepin. Unfortunately we can't, I wanted to do a season 3 Premeir screening but HBO is REALLY serious about bars not airing their programs unless you pay some ridiculous price for the rights to air, I want to say that it was like 500-1000 dollars, similar to showing a Pay Per View MMA fight or boxing match... and there was no way that was gonna fly with the boss.
totally understand that, wishful thinking. still rad that you are pouring this! hopefully I don't have to pay the iron price for a glass.
They should all still be available, I had to pull the Duvel Rustica off, but aside from that they should still be on tap for most of the evening.
