How many beers do you drink a week?

I'm at 8 so far this week. It varies with how much I go out.

 

I got drunk last night at a dubstep show because you have to be on some sort of mind altering substance to fully enjoy an excessive amount of flashing lights and bass.

 

Anywhere between 5-12. Usually it is right around 6 or 7. But if i have several IPAs in my fridge or lower alcohol beers i might have two in a night.

 

Interesting to see the range of responses. I'd say 15-20 per week. Doesn't seem like all that much in comparison to my younger days, but still a bit more than my doctor recommends.

 

Is everyone considering abv and serving size when responding? A bottle of Nugget Nectar is 1.5 beers, if its a draft then more, a bomber, even more........

 

Depends on the week. Some 1-2 a night..some days none. If it's a beer weekend or night could be 1-5. But I say usually 5-7 a week (normal weeks)

I'll drink/try at least 6-10 beers a week. However, that's not full 12oz beers. I typically get together with friends over the weekend and we'll all bring bottles to share wherever we wind up hanging out.

 

Depends on the type of beer I'm drinking at the time. But I'd say on average about 15 a week, but during football season it's at least double that..

 

Around 3-4, usually only Thursday-Sunday. More during monthly/bi-monthly poker parties with friends, or even more infrequent homebrew/tasting parties.

 

How many do I drink a week? Well I have no idea. When I usually wake up on the kitchen floor my wife has already cleaned up and thrown all the bottles away. Very hard to keep count.

It used to be 20-25 a week generally, but over the last couple months I've cut back to about 5-10 for both financial and health reasons.

 

It's an issue of scale. Give me 2+ extra feet height, 330+ more pounds of bodyweight, and and his salary and I'll drink him under a very large table.

 

Though I can say I've had plenty of 35+ weeks, my routine now is Friday and Saturday, with an occasional Wednesday. So, it's usually 10-20 a week.

 

Enough to keep me able to bench press as much as I can.

 

Sometimes I go for a few weeks not having anything around. When I'm on, I have one or two beers four or five nights a week. I'm mostly interested in exploring new beers and parsing flavors, so after a couple my palate is kind of shot for that, so I stop. Every few weekends I'll do something with friends and have five or so that I'm thinking less about.
