    Really quite a shame - I love where they're at. Great size, cozy atmosphere... a delightful place to go for a drink with a couple of friends. Oh well.

    Can we start a pool? Everyone throws in a buck, and the person closest wins the pot, which will then go to subsidize part of the price for a bottle of KBS at Eagle.

    I'm going with $12.99.

    I am going to be optimistic and say 9.99

    co-worker wasnt able to stop by last night, hopefully tonight, thought they didnt tweet they got it in yet I do not think

    I called - they claim they don't even have it yet, "hoping to get it tomorrow." Not sure why it would have been distributed everywhere else in Bklyn but not Eagle. Didn't say a price.

    That said, grabbed the last two bottles at the Ploughman, which I had never even heard of before now. So, score! ($9/btl, btw)

    As of now, Superstar Beverages in Huntington has KBS with a 2 bottle limit per customer. $6.99 per bottle.

    Went into the WF at Columbus Circle and asked one of the On Tap guys if they had any left out of curiosity, he said to check the retail area because they had put some of their last bottles out. When I got there I asked one of the stock-boys and he said they had a pack left in the back. Sure enough, he comes out with the 4-pack, no bottle limit, all for $24.00.

    However, I would like to give other NYC BAs a chance to try KBS, especially if they've never had it before. So, I am trading 1-2 bottles to people in the area. PM me with reasonable offers :slight_smile:

    As it's Eagle's mission to always be the most expensive bottle shop in NYC, I'm sure they'll just have to up their price to beat everyone else.

    Despite earlier reports, New Beer just got back to me and said they hadn't even gotten any in stock yet. No idea what to believe, but they've been good to me before. Will report back if I hear that they get stock.

    I went to New Beer yesterday at 6pm and spoke with 2 workers, who both told me they sold out in the morning.

    Crazy that they sell out of KBS in a day and have cases of Bourbon County sitting on the floor for weeks and weeks. Long live the hype machine!
