    chicory coffee is a new orleans thing. Chicory root used to be used as a coffee substitute or extender. definitely tastes different.
    You don't like the chicory stout? I think it's pretty decent. Funny... my supply of this beer gave it to me in part because he didn't like it either....

    Not sure how I feel about the Rye Pale Ale. These bottles could be a bit old (best by July I think). Terrapin just started distributing in MD so I certainly hope not. Now I'm enjoying my last Narwhal.

    I'm drinking a Howler of Wind River Out of Order Porter. I just finished it, in fact, and I'm now sipping on a Bigfoot 2013. After the smoothness of the WR brew, the Bigfoot isn't hitting the spot like it usually does. I can deal with that.:wink:

    Yeah the other ones that I tried from them tasted pretty old. Like last Summer old. How fresh is the simcoe?
