got one bottle, probably won't go out of my way to get another (only got this one because someone actually came in and returned a bottle while I was at a store that had already sold out. weird.)

    drink? cellar?

Definitely drink. Fresh KBS is amazing. I cellared some from last year and while it's still a fine beer, it's a shell of its fresh self.

And drink closer to room temperature than cold - the flavors really open up when it's warmer.

I managed to get 2, had my first one last night, was planning on saving the 2nd one for a special occasion, but I just can't. It's calling to me.
Going to have to crack it open as soon as I get home from work.

Anyone hear anything from Eagle Provisions yet?
Extremely curious as to their pricing.

I know there was crazy anti-New Beer drama here around the time of Westy 12, but they've been nothing but good to me.

Eagle Provisions, on the other hand, are not particularly friendly and don't seem interested in their customers. Their prices are atrocious, nearing the craziness of Bierkraft without any of the caring curation. I'm never going back there, regardless of what they may or may not have.

$7.95 versus $12, I'd say they're well past the "craziness of Bierkraft".

It can go back and forth, but in this regard, Bierkraft was actually pretty well-priced - I paid $9/btl at two other places in Brooklyn.
