New taproom in Roseville?

    Wow I'm actually going to be up there next weekend (the 15th) and was wondering if they any good stops - opening soon - how soon??

    Both have pretty good taps right now.

    There's a Roseville brewing company as well. Good beers, not great. Not too far off 80. Looms Basin Brewing Co. Is also nearby. Both are pretty new.

    I hope so! It may have a bottle of Figgy Pudding at the inaugural bottle share though.... Just sayin :slight_smile:

    Sounds like a good plan to me! When is Final Gravity expected to open? Before Summer?

    We are hoping for July. As we get farther into the process, we'll be able to give a more accurate date. Things are moving along nicely though!

    A very simple food menu, sandwiches, salads, cheese plates, etc... We weren't planning on it originally, but the only thing nearby was an Indian restaurant and that doesn't go with beer!

    Sounds like a winner. Hope to be there opening day. Let us know when the initial bottle share goes down and I will dig deep in the cellar to bring something nice.

    I dont know about that. I guess it depends on the dish, but an IPA with something spicy would be amazing.

    Edit: And something like a Sudwerk Pilsner or Helles Lager would be fantastic with some butter chicken! But anyways, a good Pilsner would go with the Indian Buffet. And if it's local, Sudwerk is amazing!

    Well, it's soon to be a Peruvian restaurant and that has a lot of potential. Maybe we can work it out to offer some of their food as an option as well!

    Folsom has a great beer scene! Hopefully we can work with all of them as well as Boneshaker and The Sports Page to make the area a destination!
