Do you live in IL permanently now? If so you can avoid this by getting a IL id. I know this is a pain but seems like a easy solution if it's that big of deal.

Not currently a resident of IL. I just make a list of places that wont accept it and shitbag those places.

theoretically, a clone should be genetically identical to the parent. Growing conditions and plant care could have an effect.

i haven't noticed much variation in PW Citra Ninja other than the first batch I thought was a little more bitter than the subsequent ones.

true, but hops take three growing seasons to yield a decent hop. Again I'm a novice hop farmer and beer drinker. I may have been kicked by crazy joe divola lately, but am I the only one that thinks a lot of citra hopped beers used to be more citrusy tasting? The alpha acids & bitterness is identical but the flavor isn't. I've brewed a couple beers with em, and they were way different both times. I could also be crazy which is part of the fun in beer advocate; am I talking to someone knowledgeable or a madman with a boring desk job.

As i expected, you're on a Minor's license, e.g. it was issued to you before you were 21. That's why it's vertical, and that's why your sale was refused. I'd refuse the sale too. State law.

Lol its not a state law when I can buy beer at just about any liquor store or bar incl LP binnys. And if it is a state law it should be changed because it is absurd. At any rate I'm not paying the extra money for a new licence just to buy beer at a few bumbfuck stores in IL.

Here is a link to the ILCC liquor license database search. You can enter in every city in NE IL and start checking them off.

All laws are not followed by all (mindblown!). Not everyone check's id's, bars advertise all you can drink packages which apparently is illegal, and i just found out from the ILCC website that at "tastings" you are only allowed 3 x 2 oz samples per person per day (haha, watch out Binny's)!

Not that RTA isn't fantastic (it certainly is), but noticeably absent from the latest update is Orange Truffle Abduction...

Could we expect more cases than last release? Just seemed like I was able to find tons of Coffee Break but RTA was gone instantly. Keep it up guys! You're doing amazing things!
