    Friday night is rerate night, here's how it went:

    Still not seeing any onions. Very nice; aromas were weak but balanced, and everything else was good and balanced. Slick and sticky mouthfeel and smooth to 10%.

    Welcome to MI, send more Belgians please. Absolutely INSANE. One of the best Saisons I have ever had. So insanely carbed but smooth. Great complexity all around, with fantastic balance with huge yeast spiciness and light fruits; lightly funky but not much. Thick lacing that clings to the glass forever.

    Incredible!! The first time I had this it was bought at a store outside NYC with no bottle dating. This one is bottled in December, so all the coffee and vanilla is in prime state. BOLD as hell and so balanced. Next time I go to my parents house, it's getting picked up again.

    It's the Sierra Nevada 30th Anniversary Grand Cru. BA Bigfoot, Celebration and fresh Pale Ale. Bottlesld late '10 so it's tasting awesome!!! Glad I've got a few more on stash.
