Your favorite DIPA 6 pack?

    No its not a good call because Torpedo is not a DIPA.

    i know im being a smartass, but my fave is the four 6 packs of heady that come in each case from the cannery!

    I refuse to adhere to brews that come in sixers. So, I will recommend Alchemy Hour, by Great Lakes Brewing Co.
    Comes in a 4-pack, and is spectacular.

    This might be controversial, but I dont think DIPA's belong in sixers. There arent many of them anyway. I just dont see them or any higher alcohol beer for that matter as a six pack beer. Not a DIPA but I couldnt believe SN Bigfoot used to be a sixer. It makes more sense as a 4 pack for obvious reasons.

    Why does it make more sense? Lol how can you say a beer does or doesn't belong in sixers... It's just more bottles of the same beer

    IDk, when I think 4 pack of beer I think DIPA, RIS, Barleywine, etc. Higher ABV beers. Those beers in 6 packs seems a bit weird to me. I mean there is a reason why they are mostly in 4 packs overall.

    My favorites come in 4-packs - Double Jack, Deviant Dales and Surly Abrasive (thankfully I have a brother/mule in Mpls).

    I personally really like Squatter's Hop Rising. If I remember correctly it's about 9% and less than $10. Super solid DIPA and I never hear any love for it.

    Melon bomb, different from most citrus focused DIPA's, that is why it has mixed emotions. I thought it was good, but won't run out for it.
