Pipeworks Ninja vs Unicorn isn't making it into my outgoing box. Damn this is a great DIPA. Still got plenty of Midwest goodness though. Fresh New Glarus from Tuesday.

Going w/ my standby Odell IPA at home after a couple Tree Shaker (Odell's new Peach IIPA) at the brewery. It was tasty!

 

Drinking with a buddy and my girl. So far we've had a Sour in the Rye and BA Cereal Killer. Plenty more goodies to come.

I didn't mean anything negetive by it, I can see how it came off that way. Arcadia has a lot of solid offerings, but nothing that really wows me. BA Cereal is really good though. It's not a King Henry killer or anything, but it might hold its own with a sucaba.

His BA name is IamCarltonBixby. You should hit him up. I'm not sure exactly where he lives, but he's a good dude and he will be getting some great midwest stuff in the next few weeks.

Well, I was hoping for the Shockers upset which would have locked me in for a tie for third. Now its either the Mich/Syracuse winner for 2nd outright or Louisville for nothing.

 

Haha, no worries...thanks man! And I agree wholeheartedly about Arcadia - I grew up in OH and lived in Chicago for 5 years...always wanted to love them, but as you said most of their beers stay right within that 'solid' range and don't go any further.

 

My reading comprehension gets a little hazy after a few beers. The BCBCS and Big Bad Baptist I just split didn't help.

 

Crazy Game! I have a shitload tied up in Louisville, and that wasn't easy to watch.
