    Just had the Black Barleywine about 2 weeks ago....great find! Mine still held all of it's carbonation and had a huge head. Cork had a little deterioration. In all honesty, it was a little hot still, I think it should last another year or two in the bottle and then be perfect! Have fun with it either way!

    His gueuze is world class. I love them even more than Cantillon (more funk/dept) and 3F (more sour). You should try to get the Zomergeuze El Sol. It's just perfect.

    Found out I wouldn't be getting a case of Gandhi Bot that me and a buddy were going to split. I didnt want to have to disappoint me or him. So I stopped in a random store that I have never been to before (hoping to get something new to try. Not only did they have 2 4 packs of gandhi bot, but also 3 bean and bourbon county. At least I can give my buddy a 4 pack of the bot (and enjoy 4 myself).

    Last time I walked into a random store I ended up getting a case of KBS. I need to stop in more random stores.

    I have never had 3 bean. I hope it is good.
    Also plan on doing a side by side with heady and gandhi bot this weekend.

    Chateau Jiahu - the only new one of the bunch - one of DFH's Ancient Ales series - from their website (link): "Dogfish brewers use brown rice syrup, orange blossom honey, muscat grape, barley malt and hawthorn berry. The wort is fermented for about a month with sake yeast until the beer is ready for packaging."
