    Was pleasantly surprised tonight when I opened up this Matilda and immediately realized after the first sip that it was one of the infected batches. Such strong plum notes mixed with the light tartness makes this beer delicious. I've had a four pack of this in my cellar since it was released in 2010, but I never checked to see if it was the infected batch. Glad I have a few more left!​

    Slowly enjoying a Barrel Age Behemoth barelywine. The regular Behemoth is my favorite AB and this offering is delicious yet different.

    I just cracked open a Nugget Nectar that I received today in a trade.... It's definitely worth the hype! I'm not sure if I've had this before, I may have had it when I lived up in DC but I can't remember... Regardless, I'm glad I have 5 more in the fridge!

    Up next:

    Central Waters Brewer's Reserve Bourbon Barrel Stout OR one of my whiskey-barrel aged Hunahpu's clone homebrews...
