    Sadly, Half Acre won't be holding The Sands event again this year, but looking forward to their anniversary party, as well as many other events. Had such an awesome time last year

    I'm waiting for revolution to post an event. There events lately have been downright amazing. I can't imagine them not throwing another killer party again for Chicago beer week.

    I just hope that when Northdown holds their Founders event to kick off the week(s), they aren't still charging $20/bottle, or, by comparison, over $13 for an 8 oz. pour of KBS.

    The events at Tribes in TP and Tap house in Plainfield look pretty good, why does it have to be so far away?!

    And nothing from Goose -- I hope they can manage something as fun as last year's mini-golf course (though it wouldn't surprise me if they're focusing their attention on the 25th Anniversary Party instead).

    They subsequently changed the price from $20 to $13 for a bottle last night, but the fact that they originally set the price at $20 for over a week was disappointing to see from a former favorite beer bar.
