Yep, I didn't like the Brewmaster's Anniversary FS IS; however, the BA wasn't toooo bad.

I definitely second this, and probably should have been warned when the removal of the cork resulted in a geyser of foam...

I believe the base beer for Brrrbon was Brrr, their winter warmer. Although I really enjoyed Brrbon personally. Don't know what year you had, but I noticed a difference between the 2011 and 2012...

Three Floyds Bully Guppy tasted like paint thinner. A very expensive drain pour.

Gray's Tied House in Verona WI had something they claimed was a bourbon barrel aged stout on tap last winter. It tasted like extremely bitter burnt coffee & cigarette butts. I detected neither bourbon nor stout in the taste. It was black at least.

Take it easy on Kentucky guys. Sure the bourbon barrel ale is dooky but don't forget Kentucky is where all the barrels are coming from

Oddly I hated it fresh. It was awful at best. After a year + though it was much better. Not great, but enjoyable.
