Meridian Session Ale (Summit's new Union Series)

    Here is a video we produced at the brewery of head brewer Damian McConn rapping about the new Meridian Session Ale. Could be in stores/bars as early as this weekend. Most likely next week around the Twin Cities metro area.

    Love the newly redesigned logo and it works great with the label on this new beer. Can't wait to try this!

    Exactly. Winter needs to move on for many reasons... and this beer is certainly among them.
    Though, I'm not gonna lie, the spiciness from Belgian yeast and citrus charm from the Meridian hops did make for an interesting late winter beer nerd experience in the Beer Hall the other day watching it snow outside. But Meridian deserves spring and vice-versa.

    Looks good, I will be trying this brew from Summit. Now if the weather would cooperate a guy could be throwing these down while sitting on his deck or by a bonfire.

    I really believe that Meridian is the sleeper brew of the summer. I have never tasted such a a light bodied brew, that is this distinct. Meridian is named after the single hop that is used in the beer. However, it is the Belgian yeast that was used in this beer that shines through for me. This beer is meant for patio's, softball. summertime, etc. ect!!!!!!!

    Summit has always done session beers very well. Meridian is a very unique session beer that will find it's audience.

    A lot of you know that I am a sales guy for Summit. Having products like this make my job pretty easy!

    Ill have to check with Ding to make sure this is true "Session Beer"; Super pumped about it though, I might dub it "Twins Ballgame Ale"

    Truly disappointing. Watched the video... waiting and waiting for Damian to start "rapping." He just talked about the beer!
