Only 1 box from the Hammer, eh? Hopefully it's the big box, or this could be awkward (there's, hopefully, 2 in total)

The Wild Rose is leaking just a bit so I'll be drinking that tonight for sure.

Package has been shipped by express post, my target should receive it by Tuesday  Close to 200 oz in there, just a little under I think.

And now to open my box... writing this as I open... holy SHIT!!

Wow... whichever of you sent me this, I salute you good sir! Allow me to list the goodies:

    - Trafalgar, Cognac Barrel-Aged Porter
    - Bell's, Consecrator Doppelbock
    - Founders, Breakfast Stout
    - Goose Island, BCBS (splooge)
    - Central City, Red Racer IPA
    - Hair of the Dog, Adam
    - Charlevoix, Dominus Vobiscum Brut (FUCK YES, couldn't find this ANYWHERE!)
    - Driftwood, Old Cellar Dweller
    - Bell's, Third Coast Ale
    - Beau's, Strong Patrick
    - Dogfish Head, Palo Santo Marron
    - Swag: Beyond The Pale Brewing shirt

Is it bad that I'm not even done unwrapping this and I've already started drinking the Red Racer IPA? Hahahaha! :grinning:
Thank-you very much to whoever sent that incredibly generous package, please stand up and take a bow for the people (and make inappropriate comments about your "generous package")!

my package was supposed to hit its target today but it seems (from the tracking) that it might be delayed to monday. hopefully the tracking is not updated and my package gets delivered today.

Not sure about taking a bow, you knows its difficult to do that with such a generous package, however glad you like the beers. The trafalgar was my compromise - I send you what should be an interesting or shitty beer depending on your tastes and since you like malts this may work for you.

I wanted to find out if your fiancee had a specific style preference (of if they even drank beer) but totally forgot to ask so hopefully she enjoys something from the box. Also I believe the shirt is one size too small based on your request but its the closest they had.

Nice haul! Love Fonteinen. Is that Nutcracker a special edition? Had this years and mine looks totally different. Regardless, it was mighty tasty!

I just got lucky on that one, arriving in Calgary to visit my wife the same day it hit the shelves. Every now and then Alberta gets some straight up crazy stuff.

And what is your wife's reason for not participating in the CAN BIF? :sunglasses:

.....that the flow of beer isn't only in one direction. After years of tripping over boxes, I'm sure she'd give away half my cellar just to clear up some space. And before anyone asks, no, I will not be giving out her contact info.

That was me a year ago. Went last night to grab something and it's thinned out boy. Those few bottles left look lonely so i grabbed a St-Ambroise RIS 2010 :grinning:

Did you drink through your cellar in a year? I have often wondered how long it would take me to drink through mine...

I went through my cellar (closet... 80+ bottles) in a little over 90 days lol. I actually thought it was going to be harder to do than that.

I can only imagine how long it would take you Marcus.
