Need a good session beer in cans

    21st Amendment Bitter American, SN Pale Ale, or Founders All Day once its released. I think you should be able to get all of those in Virginia. If you get Avery beers they have several great offerings in cans.

    The whole point is the ABV limit.It's quite meaningless without it.
    How about a thread labelled "Name a good midget" but a midget can be any height you choose ?

    wasnt sure if va had avery but i totally second that. 3.5 is a great beer and you can crush it all day long.

    Good point. This thread will be archived for eternity as the authoritative source on session beers instead of helping a dude figure out what beers he can bring on his canoe trip.

    How about just not using the term "session beer" if you're going to completely disregard what it actually means?

    None that I know of or can find that are 4% ABV or under in cans, unfortunately.

    In that case go with the Old Chub or Ten Fidy.

    If you can get Sixpoint, Righteous Ale and Sweet Action are both pretty good.

    Why limit yourself to session beers? You have the biggest urinal below your tube. And if you float like I float, you have plenty of time to sober up.
