Seems like we've got some event organizers on here. Gonna be awesome!

 

Here's my list (partial?):

Food:
Baby portabella's soaked in Smoked Porter (Stone's?), stuffed with my Jack Daniel's smoked salmon, gorgonzola, cream cheese, capers, and lemon juice. I'll have to use Adam's oven to bake them.
Smoked Italian sausage
Maybe some dessert bacon (would need to be grilled or baked)

I can add to the Samael's 2006 if more bottles are needed so everyone can try it.

I will also be bringing a Cocoa Beach Brewing Company "Not Just Some" Oatmeal Stout, quite possibly the worst beer label I have ever seen

 

Candied bacon is candied.
Cream puffs are puffed.

Is there any point to me bringing beer? We have enough to give us all cirrhosis at this point!

 

Sweet! I have been wanting to try this. Tried for the life of me to track bottles down in SD and LA without success.

 

Just finished stemming and cleaning 3 pounds of mushrooms and put them in the Smoked Porter to marinate overnight. Damn, I'd forgotten how much work that is.
I know he hasn't posted it here, but Jim is making some Imperial Stout Ice Cream for tomorrow. I've had it before, and it is FU***NG AWESOME!!!!!!!!!

Pork is going into the smoker at 6am. Spicy (mild) vinegar sauce, sweet & tangy peach sauce, and blackberry bbq sauce are all ready for tomorrow.

 

Yes! I went directly to the brewery, and 3 of the restaurants in the SD area, all sold out! I found one place in SD that has some but only for on site consumption. Very hard to come by!

 

I was able to score 6 bottles at the Thousand Oaks Total Wine, which was quite a coup since they only got in 2 cases!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Since I'd requested 6 bottles far in advance of them getting it, the beer manager said he's go ahead and honor my request. I understand that some beer outlets in SD still had some (like some BevMo's).

 

I tried the Bevmo in La Jolla and Mission Valley, no dice Glad you are bringing one though would love to try it!

 

Karl Strauss @ Universal CityWalk had it on tap all through February. Couldn't get enough of it!!!!!!

 

The Pita factory is closed for the night! Notice the bruery bottle for scale - these are large pitas - I had to cut them up.
Also Planning on bringing a Boris, a Auburn Old Prospector and a RR Sanctification 004 - My only limit is that I am planning on biking, once I load up I my have to lose one.
