I had Roshambo after KBS, Creme Brulee, Green Tea IPA, Love Street and Black Hopadillo so my taste buds might have been slightly off. I'm gonna go pick up some bottles of Black Hopadillo and Roshambo tomorrow.

I wasn't a fan of Barn Burner... too malty and spicy for a saison, IMHO. Reminded me of Shiner Farmhouse, lol.

Tasted way artificial... no elegance or class.

It probably doesn't help that the last saison I had before this was HF Arthur, lol.

It is great for cooking though! Prepared some fantastic mussels with it!

Agreed. I did the same with half my six pack and made some drunken pinto beans.

Random, but how was Frageelay? Saw it at a local bar for low 20's? Seems too high to me. Worth it? And also just how was it?

It has gotten a lot of mixed marks lately, though I think it is one of my favorites from Karbach. I am really not sure how well this had held up over the last several months though? I guess it depends on how it was kept. It was about $15 at stores, so $20 does not seem unreasonable if you want to give it a go.
