2012 Stanley Cup Playoffs BIF

With the way the Devils have been playing, and how poorly the caps match up with them, I would take the Rangers any day over the Devils.

 

The Coyotes took the Blues with ease. But I'd rather not see them (or Vancouver) in a best of seven series... We could really use that 3 seed and home ice!!

 

Hopefully you won't have to worry about seeing them at all.

It was almost looking like we'd have to play the Red Wings if we didn't win the division and that would've been even worse than facing either the 1 or 2 seeds. They're like our kryptonite!

 

I'm not about to start talking shit. I've been through a lot of heartbreaks watching the Blues for the last 20 years. You'd think that someone who is a Chicago fan would know what that's like.

 

Hey, give me a Cards WS all day. All of my teams have won a championship since I have been alive, but as an adult, I'm still waiting on the Bears. Made it there, unsuccessfully, but I'm liking where this offseason is going.

We will see. I feel like Sharks have not been the underdog for a long time so maybe that will be a good thing for us.

 

They need to tighten up their D and stop turning the puck over so damn much. We're not going to get too many goals on Halak/Elliot (though they did light up Quick over the last couple of games).

 

The last 4 games we were solid. But I agree. We are not going to get too many goals. They shut us down as we try to break in. We have such a hard time making it past their blueline. Not to mention Elliot has been amazing for them this year. Its not going to be easy but I hope our playoff experience pays off.
