    The answer I got from FW for those who are still waiting.

    "We had an overwhelming response to these glasses. Some orders can take up to two weeks to be processed through shipping. You should receive your tracking information within the next two days."

    My teku, mini snifter and tulip arrived safely. Kind of funny that the teku had the least amount of bubble wrap.

    I got the same response on my email and now it has been 4 days since and no tracking. I would think that orders would be processed and shipped as they come in, guess not.

    Ordered two and one came broken. They just sent me an e-mail saying they mailed out a replacement. Awesome business and awesome glass!

    Yes, emailed again asking why orders were not being shipped as they were placed and got the run around. Was told they would contact the shipper and get mine out Monday, well that didn't happen either.

    I just put in a call to their admin offices, got their voice mail. I hope this yields more information than the emails I've sent.

    Please let me know if it does and I will do the same, I understand a delay in shipping but I expect an email reply after 2 weeks.

    I know people who ordered after me, that have already received their orders. There is no excuse for the delay. At a minimum I would like an order confirmation.

    i guess i'm lucky and ordered just as they fixed their operations. I ordered yesterday and today at 130am received an email with a tracking number. scheduled to arrive on monday.
