The Library in the Southside is having a Founders tap takeover tomorrow. I have a Property Law Final in the afternoon, then I'll be heading straight over.

Events this week have been hit or miss. A few "tap takeovers" I've gone to have had maybe 2-3 taps of said brewery. Other places announce events and then change the date and/or brewery they were advertising for. Pipers was solid so far. Double Wide's verticals tonight should be great, and hopefully the Library pans out better tonight as well.

I haven't gotten to go to anything yet! I plan to go to beer express from work for the Bell's tasting.

Waited too long to get tickets for Release the Firkins :slight_frown: and also was going to go a different event saturday night but everyone bailed on me at the last minute so ended up drinking at home haha.

I think I'm going to try to head down to The Library tonight as well. Does anyone know what time this shindig starts at? Hopefully I can find one of my non-craft friends to tag along, as a lot of my friends are going to this Steel Panther concert tonight (no thanks).

It was at 7, and I hope you made it. They had Nemesis, CBH, KBS, Bolt Cutter, and 2010 Backwoods Bastard on tap. They were also doing a drawing for a KBS vertical, Nemesis, and CBS. It was an awesome tap takeover, and CBH was drinking incredible. Additionally, I ordered 2 samples (KBS and Backwoods) which was given to me in a regular sized glass for the price of a sample. That got me unreasonably excited, and also more than slightly inebriated.

    Cheers, everyone!

So, this will be the second year in a row I have made literally no events for the week (afternoon shift is the best). What have been the positive experiences so far so that next year - Odin willing - I know whi is holding the good events if I can actually get out for one. I swear, agoraphobes get out more than I do.

Didn't get a chance to make it down there, but I might stop down tonight for some drinks before heading out to Lawrenceville tonight. Do you guys know if they will have any of this stuff available tonight?
