I was about to beg someone to bring a growler of Peche'cus back to the metroplex... :slight_frown:

Added more beers, but probably won't attend due to work.

Why would you add beers if you can't attend??

Odds are I will make it, but the refinery was running like poop when I went on vacation.

    :astonished:

Don't go to Chachos. There are countless better Mexican restaurants in San Antonio.

I don't doubt it. I'm a yank who grew up thinking Taco Bell was Mexican food, so definitely take my recommendations with a grain of salt.

Chachos makes great breakfast tacos, but really it isn't that hard to beat taco cabana.

Chachos is great if you want to add a couple of new layers of plaque on your arteries, but its more like the Denny's of Mex food. Great for nachos.

Guys, stop putting the words "great" and "Chachos" together in the same sentence. :stuck_out_tongue:

Aww c'mon, it's not THAT bad! Maybe I'm just nostalgic because Chachos used to be my go-to place for tacos at 4 AM after a long night of work, drinking, poker, more drinking, and the occasional recreational drugs.

Stop at Monterrey in New Braunfels on the way down 35. The migas is awesome.

That sounds exactly like the Denny's of Tex-Mex. There aren't many restaurants that are open 24 hours and have great food.

You should bring Tacos. Your confidence is making me believe you eat really good Mexican food (I'm not being facetious).

If Scott allowed growlers of Peche'cus, kegs would last about 10 minutes.

Posted this mostly to get the thread away from tacos for a bit.
