Used a bottle of Arthur and used 2 bottles of homebrew that used Anna dregs.

Did you keep a slury of dregs hanging around?

Looks nice, I just brewed my first saison yesterday, it's going to be my wife's first beer after 9 months of being pregnant.

I've only made one saison. It took 4 months to start tasting like an APA. it wasn't anything special. 1.055 OG. How long does it take saisons to set up, anyway?

    OP: Looks F'ing delicious!

This was in primary for 3 weeks. Bottled it on 4/14/13 and opened the first one this past Sunday. Carbonation was perfect. My OG was 1.050 and FG was 1.005.
