You would think so, but there's no way that a beer would be that wildly different after six months. We had growlers filled fresh from a keg that was tapped during the bottle release, and they were much different.

We did a barrel tasting and deemed it needed more time. The thing about barrels is, it's not really an exact science. The beer tells you when it's ready.

So is BBA hellfighter F.U.N. #005 essentially just a new batch of what was released as F.U.N. #003? If not, then what is different?

I highly doubt it will be the one with cherries in it. The label on the video makes no mention of cherries, and they just barely put the hellfight and cherries into barrels the other day.

That's what I was thinking also, I didn't see cherries on the label either.

You are correct sir, a man can dream. Trust me I wish it was the one with cherries too. But in 2-5 months we should be seeing it, hopefully.

Just had a Bodacious and going through a BBA HellFighter now. All aged properly. Overall, Bodacious still pisses on BBA HF. Bodacious is rich fruity and while hops calmed down it still reaks of the best malty Rodeo Cown. Also, while BBA HF lost its bold sweetness, it now possesses a rich texture of chocolate white cake rather than its porter chcolate fullness. I shouldn't have aged so many. It was better fresh. Bodacious better now.

Not sure if you had Doom or not, but
Question: I had bodacious months ago fresh, and can't recall specific tastes. But does bodacuous compare to Doom or are these completely different flavors.
