    I couldn't imagine being out the 12 bottles I shipped, the bottles I didn't receive and $100. Seems like I can do something to help the guy out.

    Yeah it definitely doesn't have to be this way. Your box gets confiscated and you don't even bother to call them to see what's up? I shipped it, my part's done. Whatever happens from here on is you're problem. That's the way we should all trade....

    Just to expand on this point, with the added moderators on the site now. Maybe now is the time someone (oldport) can talk to the bros or the mods to do something like IP bans..I belive the bros had too much on their plate before..But now with the added mods, its possible something like this can be done..thoughts?

    I agree that it would be nice, but the Bros seem to want to be very hands off when it comes to trading.

    Have they ever banned someone for being a bad trader before?

    I'm pretty sure mikesgroove was, unless it was for posts he made when trying to defend himself in the countless Bad Trader threads that went up involving him that got deleted.

    Definitely ship to the US address. Back in October several of us tried to help out a Canadian BA who got screwed in a trade by putting together a box of great beer and it got confiscated at the Winnepeg crossing.
